Father of the child mia

So my baby boy is 5 days old and has literally seen his dad 1 hour out of his life if that. He was there enough to take a couple of pictures once he arrived and left. It just breaks my heart that he is being this way toward his son. I understand he wants a dna test first but my thing is I know he is the father and to me he should go ahead and be in his life now not wait until we can do a test.
