18 and TTC

I’m 18 almost 19 and am fully ready to have a baby. Me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 years and bought a house this year. He’s 21 and is ready also. I stopped my birth control about a year ago and haven’t fallen pregnant since. I don’t take ovulation tests or anything, we just have sex during my fertile week and I have not gotten pregnant yet. I’m worried that maybe there’s something wrong but nervous to go to doctor because of my age. What should I do???
