Slow or fast? 🤔

Is it weird that I can only orgasm when I am fingered slowly? My boyfriend seems to always have trouble slowing down and says it’s hard for him to go slower. I know it’s probably a result of being sexually assaulted before (he tried to force his hand on me to get me to orgasm and he was really rough about it). But I feel like I’ve gotten better since than bc before I would get freaked out by getting the buildup to an orgasm. Ig my question is is it uncommon to orgasm from slow fingering? If so, how can I transition to getting used to being fingered faster again?
