Thoughts on this Name?

Question

We just found out we are having a little girl! We have my son, William who will be 3 in January, my fiancés son James who is turning 17 right around my due date and we are thinking about the name Paislee Aurora for our little girl. Thoughts?
Edit: What about the name Aurora Pearl?

Aurora is cute! Im just not a fan of Paislee/Paisley. Only because I don’t like the whole “Leigh, Lee, Ley” trend going on right now. But if you like it, I love it 😊

william and james are so pretty and classic, I would go with something more vintage and beautiful rather than trendy like clara, eloise, elizabeth etc.. it can be unique and classic too!

To me, Paislee doesn’t sound like it fits with your other names (it’s just really trendy) but if you like it, that’s all that matters! Also imo Aurora is a mouthful, but middle names aren’t said as often ☺️

i think the name is cute but doesn’t exactly match the traditional style you already have going on! how about:
Aurora as a first name, Paisley spelled this way, Elizabeth, Alexandria/Alexandra, Josephine, Anastasia, Annabelle, Aria, Bethany, Cassandra, Charlotte, Claire, Daphne, Eleanor, Evelyn, Florence, Francesca, Genevieve, Lydia, Madeline, Margot, Mavis, Natalia, Octavia, Rosalind/Rosalie, Tabitha, Edith, Violet, Eden, Scarlett, Carys, Greer, Stella, Ruby, Harper, etc etc

I like the name paisley, however i do agree that james and william are more traditional names and paislee just doesnt fit well. I would go down the more classic, vintage route.

Personally I think that Aurora sounds like a dog barking. And I feel like the two names are such different styles they kind of clash. Paisley is cutesy while Aurora (aside from what I said before) sounds serious.

I’m not a fan of either of those names but if you really like them then that’s what you should name your girl.
Keep in mind through that Paisley is super ‘in’ at the moment so she may end up being one of may once she hits kindy/school

I would love Amelia Aurora but at the end of the day if your heart is set on it then noone can tell you other wise.
