Feel big

I had an abortion 12 weeks ago (for medical reasons) I bled heavily for about two- three weeks, then spotted up until my next period, that period wasn’t really really heavy, but since I’ve had the abortion I’ve been so bloated and I feel like my stomach is getting bigger, I have waves of nausea that feels like I’m nervous but I have no reason to be nervous, I’m due on my period today and all I have is milky white discharge (sorry for tmi) but I haven’t had sex since my last period at all, I’m hesitant to take a test because I’m worried about the outcome ( I’d love a baby ) but has anyone had this before? Or what do you think I should do? (I know you aren’t doctors, but I’m asking because I’m curious)
