It’s not a fancy house but we own it
My husband and I just bought a trailer for us and our 6 month old and we couldn’t be happier to NOT rent anymore. Hopefully in a couple years we can sell it and buy an actual house but as being me only 22 and my husband being 25 with a 6 month old and not having a whole lot of money as we’ve been paying rent (and I’m a stay at home mom) so we couldn’t save up a lot so house wasn’t in our price range right now
