Has anyone else experienced this?

I think I've messed up my body 😫 I've been spotting for 4 days, my period was due yesterday & it's never been like this! Since I can remember my cycle has been on schedule and normal. I was looking at the bright side that I'm always on track but now I'm just lost! 😭😭😭 lol do you think ttc can change your cycle?

I had light spotting for three days(i usually have a heavy 6day af visit) took a pt it was  a bfn. You should take a pt you never know.

Idk of it can mess with your cycle. But when I found out I was pregnant with my first baby, I was sporting. And I knew something was up because I normally have a very prompt period lol. Have you taken a pregnancy test???
