help me

I have really bad anxiety so please bare with me. Me and my bf had sex and it was my first time, it was on Halloween. My period is due In a day and I have cramps, white dishcharge, mood swings, my boobs are tender and all that fun shit. When we had sex he used a condom, but my anxiety won’t calm down and I can’t stop thinking I’m pregnant because I can’t stop worrying. But everyone I’ve told this to is saying I’m not pregnant and it’s just my anxiety. Someone please help me? Does it sound like I’m pregnant or is it just PMS?
