When do these boys grow tf up?

Ok I'm currently 16 going on 17 and almost every guy I've come into contact with who is my age is so immature but they do these grown ass things.

So I kissed one of my guy friends the other day after were were vibing, you know, at a small party and afterwards I kept trying to text him to just talk like normal people. This bitch would not take me seriously and kept sending memes. Like wth! And thats not it the guys at my school don't know how to be normal functioning considerate human beings it gets so annoying. Like do guys ever change from these immature little boys to actual men.
