Sore Nipples 😩

So my nipples have been really sore lately and I’m not sure why

I mean I am sexually active but I use condoms everytime and always check it the condom may have ripped

Could it be that sperm could have peaches out afer he came and it made its way down while I was on top and he was still inside me ? Idk if that makes sense

My last period was on the October 1st and I’m starting to get worried, I have irregular periods so...
