What should I get her

My sister who is 13 wants to start wearing makeup. I plan on getting her makeup for Christmas but I don’t know what brands would be best for a younger girls skin. I can wear any kind of makeup and my skin is fine because I wear makeup all the times it’s used to it but her skin is not.  Any suggestions what’s I should get her or stay away from ??

i would get her things like eye makeup and lipstick brozer, and blush , and just get her bb cream like a tinted face cream . she probably doesn't need like a heavy foundation
