Hello all this is kind of embarrassing.. I've had 2 known episodes of pid in my life , both of which went unseen for a few months minimum. So after my hsg showed up with both tubes blocked at the side closer to my ovaries, I did some extensive research on what it could be. It turns out that a lot of ppl end up with hydrosalpinx from pid. It's a build up of fluid in the tubes, toxic fluid that if it leaks into the uterus it prevents the embryo from implanting.
