There are a couple different questions being asked do I hit poll. But 7DPO isn't too early. Implantation happens as early as 6 to 12 days past ovulation. So I guess it really just depends on your body. I've heart of some women having tender breasts as early as 5dpo, and getting a BFP. good luck and baby dust!
