My husband and I cannot agree on anything, at all.. :/

We did happen to agree on a boy name (we don't know what we are having yet), Logan. However, it is my husband's sister's husband's brothers sons name. Did ya get that? Lol. So my brother in law's brother's son. Haha. He will be 1 years old around the time I give birth. His name is Logan and he is their rainbow baby after 2 losses. I do know them and we are Facebook buddies because they live in texas. I really love the name Logan but I would feel so awful and guilty for taking the name for our son, if he turns out to be a boy. But it's the only name we like. Also, im a little afraid because my brother in law and i have had a rocky relationship, he feels the need to critize and attack me on everything... costantly walking on egg shells with him :/ I'm asking, even tho they are super extended family, would it be bad form to use the name Logan? Please no negativity, I am just curious on what are everyone's views.
