Baby #3?

My husband and I have 2 boys, ages 7 & 3, which I've mentioned before. 

It's about time for baby #3 if we're going to go for it, so they'll all be 4 years apart. Plus, I'll be 29 in December, and I've always said 30 is my limit for having babies. 😉

I guess my question is in regards to whether 3 kids is the best idea? I come from a very large, very close-knit family, so there's a huge part of me that feels like 3 kids is the perfect number, but on the other hand - I work full-time and my husband works so many different shifts that he's not home often. I guess, to break it down, I'm just nervous, and I question whether I can handle it. My best friend wants to add a 3rd baby to their family, as well, and tells me all the time I'm a great mom and she has total faith in me - which is wonderful to hear.. Just wondering if anyone else has any input/advice/suggestions..
