Cervix funneling/Cerclage

I'm 28 weeks and have been to the doc twice within the past 2 days. At 17 weeks my cervix was funneled so I got a double stitch Cerclage. 2 days ago i started feeling ALOT of pressure and pelvic pain. No bleeding and no contractions. Just pressure/pain/cramping made worse when up. Both times docs told me I was closed still so everything was fine. Neither time did they check to see if I funneled down to the stitch via ultrasound. I'm just wondering if this could be the case because I just really don't believe this is normal to feel this way. I can't even go to the bathroom.
