Getting period back on Nexplanon using pills

So I haven’t had my period on Nexplanon for quite awhile but I just got put on combo pills because I was still having some cramping.

I’m letting my period come back this time around because I was a little nervous about not having one for 93 days as this app is saying.

Do you think it’ll be heavier or worse than before? I did have one period on Nexplanon and it was VERY heavy and lasted for like 8 days but that’s it.
