Concerned about my period help has this happened to anyone

Hello ladies I have a serious question so I’m not on birth control or anything but I had a period in May which lasted from the beginning of May til the end of May and my period before that was four months before so it was in January... now after May here it is November and I’m just now having signs of what I guess is my period tmi but I only see light pink when I go pee and wipe.. I don’t know what’s goin on has this happened to anybody and naw I’m not pregnant ..What should I do?
