Confused

Hi everyone!

Got what I think was my period one week early when , normally , I am very regular.It started off with some spotting but than it got heavier and lasted for 4 days (3 of which very heavy and red with clots) so I removed the idea that could have been implantation bleeding. Now, however, still got cramps, hot sensation in my belly and faster heart bit. All very strange. Could I be pregnant? Wishful thinking 😏
