Spotted for 1 day 9 days before period

Hello,

I’m hoping someone can help me. In attempt to become pregnant, I’ve experience some rather weird things going on with my body. For 1 - last week I had shooting abdominal pain, 2 nights ago I had a crazy headache before bed. Yesterday after visiting family I rushed home to use the bathroom when I noticed I was spotting. Immediately I grabbed a pad to put on but later noticed nothing was on the pad. Next day ( today) no signs of blood and spotting stopped. Proceeded with my day, grocery shopping etc. got to the check out line and began feeling light headed and hot. This NEVER happens to me actually I love grocery shopping because I love to cook. I’m 7 days away from getting my period but I’m feeling super lazy. It’s too early for a test should I be worried it’s something else?
