Are these blue eyes going to stay??

She is four months old in a few days.  Mom has dark hazel eyes (but my mom and siblings have blue eyes) and her dad is Mexican with dark eyes.  I’m surprised her eyes have stayed blue this long.  They haven’t changed since birth.  Do y’all think they will stay?? 😁

I was born with blue eyes and they eventually turned green/hazel. This is my half white/spanish baby her eyes are dark brown, I can barely see her pupil.😂😊❤

My babies eyes started turning brown when she was 2 months old. So they might not change!!

I have hazel eyes & my daughter’s father has dark brown. Her eyes stayed blue until she was three years old & gradually started changing to hazel. So, you never know 🤷🏻‍♀️

They can still change but they might not. Blue eyes are recessive so you'd need to have the gene on both sides.
I have brown eyes, my husband has hazel eyes and our daughter has blue-grey eyes. She's 2.5 years old now and they haven't changed so it can happen even if neither parent has blue eyes. My dad has blue eyes and I guess my husband has them on his side too.

I would say they probably stay or get lighter. I know everyone says it gets darker but my baby’s 9month old and I see their eyes lighter than when she was 5 months old
