Ingrown hair????? Need of help!

Please help

So yesterday I discovered I have a white filled spot on my vagina lip.

So I applied some cream, - today I did hot compress in the bath and after the bath and it grew bigger and more filled.

It was sore to walk, so I went in the bath and popped it and lots of puss came out then it bled a little tiny bit

Is this a ingrown hair or just a pimple

Have anyone else had this before ??

What do you do to make it go away
