That moment when...

Your boyfriend tells you he's been talking to his ex to "make amends". The last time he's told me about her was last month because they've been going at each other's throats nonstop since they've broken up. She cheated on him and treated him badly, but I didn't find out they were talking again until today. He says is because of her daughter that he happens to be really close to and they're being civil for her sake. He hasn't even told me how long they've been talking.

Maybe I'm being overly sensitive but why did he hide this from me? I would've understood, but the fact he decided to withhold it from me is making me feel some type of way. Maybe the fact she's back in the picture is also the reason why he's been talking to me less and less, claiming to be "falling asleep" and whatever. Idk....
