Where did you learn sex ed?

I was curious as to where most people got a majority of their sex education and what would’ve helped more in teaching about things when you were young. Some schools do a decent job, but I wonder about what might be better? I know as a kid they taught sex education in school, but to be quite honest, it was mediocre at best and gave me a lot of anxiety surrounding the topic. I just wonder how it might’ve gone better. What besides growing up made you finally comfortable with the topic of sex/puberty/sexuality?
