Milk Vs. Colostrum
I thought this whole time that the very first milk that comes before/after birth, is Colostrum. I didn’t know that you could still express colostrum days after birth.
So this whole time I’ve been pumping/struggling with pumping- I thought I was getting milk. Little did I know, I’ve been pumping colostrum.
Tonight, I finally have milk coming in! It’s crazy the difference in color!
