Can symptoms come and go while in your first trimester?

I’m approximately 5wks 3 days along in my first pregnancy. My first prenatal exam is next week.
My concern is my own symptoms have disappeared! (Nausea,bloating,fullness feeling in breasts) (nipples are still sensitive)😣🤔🤷🏼‍♀️ 
Please help this lady through her anxiety before she loses her mind!

It is normal. I had the same thing in the beginning and still now and then i feel
very very good. I had already two scans. One at 6 weeks (i paid for it myself) and the other one was at 8 weeks at my midwife.
So don’t worry. Everything will be fine❤️❤️

I just made a post about this. My boobs have been super sensitive the last few weeks (I’m about 4 weeks 5 days) and this morning woke up with tender boobs and then now nothing.🤔

I lost all my symptoms around that time as well and the only thing that came back was sore boobs around 9 weeks. Baby is fine :) I know exactly how you feel though, I was on google everyday until my scan. You got this!

I was literally just about to come on here and ask the same thing. I’m 6 weeks and my sore breasts and little bit of nausea that was starting actually subsided and I’m not feeling pregnant at all. I actually feel perfectly fine. This worries me so much. Does this mean baby is not growing and I will be miscarrying? Anyone have any insight on this? I’m freaking out.

I’m 9 weeks tomorrow, and symptoms are coming and going so far. One day I’m fine, the next day I’m struggling not to lose my lunch.

You’re just lucky if they don’t come back lol They normally will start full force at 7 weeks for me.
