Question for other men with a low Refactory Period.

I do apologize, I tried very hard to make this as polite as possible, while still trying to clearly conveying my question.

How long after you orgasm should you wait to have more intercourse?

I have a question that I just can't seem to google for an answer. I have a low Refactory Period. So much so that I ejaculate, I take about 2-5 seconds to catch my breath, and then move on.

I've read that having sex twice inside an hour can increase the odds of pregnancy, but at the same time I feel like if I only give my swimmers 2-5 seconds before we start again, I'm displacing some of our army before they've even had a chance to even start their assault.

Is anyone aware of, or had any advice from a Doctor, on what is the optimal time between intimate encounters?
