Does anyone know what this may be??? My chest is on fire it’s like red bumps under the skin & it’s pretty

Sounds like hives... have you eaten anything new or been exposed to something new like a lotion/laundry detergent etc.

I get this literally all of the time! I am allergic to all animal products (wool, dogs, cats etc etc...) I'm also allergic to most laundry detergents and new clothes. Benadryl helps but i usually just shower and call it a night

I’ve had the same thing kinda. My chest was red and had the bumps all over but it was burning. It happens when I wear my uniform, it’s polyester. Have u worn fabric ur skin doesn’t like?

It could be from anything new you have changed, and detergents, jewelry, clothing, fabric softeners, soap (including shampoo and conditioner), and hair mask to treatments, lotion, perfume, face cleansers, moisturizer literally anything that has come into contact with your skin
