Trying to get pregnant 4mths after my leep procedure!!

I had high risk cervical dysplasia and got the leep procedure done in April 2018. The doctor said all looked well and was able to remove all the bad cells on my cervix. He recommended not to get pregnant for at least one year to allow my cervix to fully heal...I haven’t been on any type of birth control since June 2018 and my periods have been consistent each month & on time. My boyfriend and I are low-key trying to conceive (despite docs advice to wait a full year)...any fertility advice to get pregnant easily?? Especially after having the leep procedure?? im 27, dont smoke. Only occasionally drink.
