Period question ttc
When do you count the first day of AF i have been coming off of depo and i have had bright red spotting for 5 days until now its really heavy do i count today as my actual period or start from 5 days ago? Like before i could use a panty liner and now im having to change then about every 3-5 hours (i can only use panty liners im allergic to everything else so please dont call me gross)
