Prenatal dosage / pills per day...
My prenatal vitamins says a serving size is 3 pills.. “suggested use: adults take 3 tablets daily with food.”
Should I take 3 at one time or like, one in the morning, one in the afternoon/evening, and one at night?
My fish oils say “take 2 softgels daily”. Same thing?
