I woke up at 2am to go pee. Usually when I get up I notice that my breast hurt or ache automatically. This morning they did not ache. My boobs don’t hurt, no blood, no cramping but I feel like my pregnancy symptoms have disappeared. I have a head ache and a stuffy nose. Is this normal? Is my baby okay?
