yeast infection

so i’m on my period, have a yeast infection and i have a throat infection 🙄 but this is my third yeast infection since middle of september i would say and i have seen my doctor when i got my second yeast infection. i’m just spooked because i don’t understand why this is happening so often it’s so annoying. SO if you have any tips or tricks pls help a girl out (currently using canesten internal and external cream)
