Disappointed

This happens pretty frequently and it's something my husband is aware of and tells me he's working on

We don't have sex often

And when we do, he's usually done very quickly

We were on a 4 hour drive home and I spent a lot of that time thinking about him. We got home and after relaxing a bit started Messing around. Spent a lot of time on foreplay

When he finally pulls me on top of him, he's done in about a minute

The buildup was so much longer than the sex

Im not really looking for advice or anything, I'm just sad and disappointed this is how it usually goes and wanted to put it into words and send it out into the internet void

This was last night but I wake up today and feel leftover emotions and its setting the tone for my day. I don't like that
