First IUI procedure

Hi ladies! Hubby and I have been ttc for 3 years and, after months of testing w/ our RE (and a chemical pregnancy in May), we are going in for our first

IUI

procedure this week. We are both 30 y/o (I'm 31 next month) and have PCOS. Last cycle we used the following while following a home intercourse plan. I had 4 good follicles but sadly did not conceive. I am taking a combo of Clomid and Letrozal on day 3 for 10 days, then the trigger shot. Last cycle my progesterone was only a 5 so I had to use suppositories while waiting to get my pregnancy blood test. I am very anxious about the whole process and would love to hear your success stories! Anyone on the same plan/meds? How many cycles with

before you conceived? Anyone on the first try? Any multiples? I know I'm reaching for the moon but I'm hoping we are successful this cycle and secretly hoping for twins, lol. Baby dust! 💕🤞🏻🙏
