Missed period ‼️

Me and my boyfriend been ttc for the past 2 months, my last period was sep 19th and it lasted

Like for 5 days. We had sex when my fertile window was open which was the first week of October and he did ejaculate in me and I missed all of October no period no nothing and I took a test yesterday and it came out negative. Is there still a chance I can be pregnant? I have no symptoms or anything should I wait ? What should I do I’m so confused...
