Flying to Vegas??

Hey all!! So my SO and I booked a trip to Vegas before we got pregnant. I have severe flight anxiety too the point where I have to take Ativan just to get through it and I’m still scared it just numbs it a bit. 
We are thinking we should cancel our flight and trip, because I absolutely can’t put baby into stress because of myself. I’d be so upset with myself. 
Unless there are safe options for anxiety when pregnant???? 
I would be 14 weeks the day we fly out.  (We would be flying out Christmas eve) 
I’m honestly just kinda swaying to cancel but wanted some input

Try deep breathing and other relaxation strategies. Facing your fear really is the best way to alleviate it - as tough as that is. Your fear is not factual or logical. It might help to tell yourself that flying is very safe - you could look up statistics to back this up and bring some logic to your emotion-based fear. You are not your fear. And you can be scared and still do something that you fear. Good luck

No benzo’s while pregnant :/. There’s risk of teratogenicity and fetal death. Could you take Benadryl and sleep during the flight?
