Advice please

J • Thu, Aug 13 • Mom to Baby Boy conceived through IVF- pregnant with #2!

So I went and had an infertility consult after 1 year ttc and progesterone level was undetectable which means I'm not ovulating. Now I have to go back on day 3 to check ovarian reserve. Has anyone had this done? What was the outcome? Looks like if FSH is high it will be almost impossible to conceive and I don't have the money for IVF which is what is suggested. Anyone have this happen to them? Please advice, outcomes, etc. I'm in tears I'm so worried I am infertile. :(
