Mood swings
I’m about to have a mental break down. I dunno if it was that depo shot or what but everything makes me mad. Like not just mad. Like blood boiling angry. I am having anxiety attacks every day. I can’t eat. Can’t sleep. I’m a mom of a four year old and four month old. I’ve always struggled with anxiety and depression but it’s never been this bad before. I have an appointment with a dr tomorrow. I just don’t know what else to do or what’s going on.
