5wks2 days and experiencing light spotting. Should I be concerned?

I had red in the bath earlier... Nurse line said its normal

I had the this weeks 5-7. Currently 12 weeks and baby is ok.  It was light pink only showed when I wiped at random times.  I spoke to my doctor and she said it was normal.
