Need advise

I had a csection 8 weeks ago (my Oct baby was born early), today was supposed to be my postpartum check. Well 2 weeks ago I got a bill from my OBGYN for $1500, I went to my appointment today and they refused to me because I didnt pay the $1500. When I told them I just got to bill 2 weeks so theres no way I could have that money in 2 weeks all they said was "well he cant see you until you pay the balance." So my question is where can I go to get my postpartum check?
