How does FET work?

Question

How does a frozen embryo transfer cycle work? Do I still have to do all the injections or do they just monitor for right time to put the embryo in? Just wondering, im doing my 1st regular round of ivf now.

I'm preparing for my FET next week. I'm taking 2 estradiol every AM and estrogel in the evening. Friday night we start progesterone shots. This morning the doctor said lining looked great at 7.5!

I’m in my fet cycle as well.
Estrogen patches for 12-14 days (labs to see when good)
And progesterone injections for 6 days
TRANSFER DAY
and beta pregnancy blood test 9 days later.

On CD2 I started 6 mg of estradiol. I had a lining check and estradiol and progesterone level on CD14 ( they check from CD12-14) my lining was 10mm. I started doxycycline twice daily and medrol once nightly the next day along with PIO injections. I had my FET 10/30 on CD20

I’m on cd 6 of my fet cycle. I have been on Estrace, twice a day and today I start three times a day. Moniterinn is easier... about every 4 days for bw and ultrasound. I will start progesterone injections next week, a week before transfer.... which is anticipated to be November 20th.

You have to take estrogen and progesterone a week before transfer.  I did progesterone shots but there are also other methods.
