No pms or pregnancy symptoms

I'm about 3 days late. Took a test it was negative. I don't feel like my period is coming (normally have a headache, dizziness, moody, cravings). Last week I had extreme cramps and sharp pains that resulted in me going to the emergency room they couldn't really find anything wrong just said it could be from cyst but I've ruptured a cyst before it wasn't the same pain (implantation?) Ive been urinating more frequently and occasionally have sharp pains in my breast.I'm also taking the Fertibella/Concieve Easy pills daily. Anyone been through this before?
