Really want a third baby

Me and my partner really want a third baby I have an 1 year old and an 8 year old and we both have agreed we want a 3rd to complete our family, my partner says he thinks we should have a third now so they are close in age and then we can get it over and done with while we are Young I’m 28 he is 27. I left my job due to childcare being expensive but my partner has a job. Would now be the right time to have one, or would it be better if I started back to work and then went off again for a baby. I just don’t know when the right time would be!!?
