New Job -advice needed

Hi guys,

I work in the NHS and interviewed for a job which I was offered in a different Trust. Unfortunately I have to give 3 months notice and in the meantime I've found out I am 4 weeks pregnant.

This means I will be starting my new job around 16 weeks pregnant.

I haven't handed my notice in yet but my new place of work have emailed me saying all the HR stuff is in order and I am safe to hand notice in. I don't want to feel like I am screwing over my new team as they are very under funded and struggling to keep afloat, and were very excited to get a new person on board.

I am tempted to tell my new manager today BEFORE I hand my notice in so that I have at least been honest from the start. The stress is making me lose sleep! Any advice? X
