No ultra sound

So I'm getting concerned. I'm 9 weeks tomorrow and am not scheduled to have my first ultra sound until week 13. I'm seeing pretty much everyone else having an 8 week ultra sound, and I called my doctors office to make sure and they said around week 12 for the first one is normal. In week 6 I had  to pee in the cup and had blood drawn but haven't heard anything about those or anything at all since. Someone ease my fears?!
