Should I buy my toddler winter boots from Walmart or splurge (sorel)?

Hi everyone! I am looking to buy winter boots for my 15 month old. I’m wondering if I should bother spending $70 on winter boots he’s going to outgrow this year, or just buy them from Walmart. I don’t want them to hurt his feet and I want them super warm. Opinions? Thanks!

I just got a pair for my 14 month old online from payless for 17 dollars. Way better quality than the ones at walmart but still affordable. They are working great

Unless they are outside playing a lot in the snow I would y bother splurging on boots. I live in Manitoba and it gets extremely cold here. When my kids are that young they have no interest in being outside for long periods, it’s pretty much just in and out of the vehicle. I get cheap ones and then once they are outside more then I get the more expensive ones.

My toddlers feet grow so fast that I buy shoes that I find on clearance only. I will splurge when he is older.

I would also splurge, only because of the quality and to give me comfort that the child’s feet are warm and toasty , and I would do the same with a coat.

Honestly the ONLY shoes I’ve ever splurged on for him are little baby cowboy boots, the other ones I have have all been hand me downs. 😂 I only bought the boots in the first place because I gave them to his dad when I told him last father’s day I was pregnant.

Not worth it to spend that much on boots they will wear for a few months. We always find the cheapest boots.

He’ll outgrow them by next year. No point spending big bucks on them when he’ll need new ones next winter either way.

I’d probably splurge, lol. My LO is 15 weeks and has a pair of winter ugg boots. Silly I know, but so cute!
