Thrombosed hemorrhoid!!!

I’m 26 weeks and on day #3 of thrombosis pain from an external hemorrhoid. Nothing seems to be helping to shrink it and I’m getting so desperate.

I’ve been contacting my ob office and all they’re recommending is otc treatments that aren’t working! Only very temporary relief. The only thing that helps is witch hazel pads and tea tree oil, but again only temporary and it seems to be getting bigger!

Has anyone ever had them removed while pregnant??? How was it and did they come back?

I’m SO scared to push this baby out with things already this bad
