Hydronephrosis during second pregnancy?

So I’m pregnant with my second child and I had severe kidney problems the first time, Multiple infections and swelling. I ended up getting a stent placement and my kidneys have never been the same since. I have awful pain everyday since I had it placed. Even after it was taken out. Anyone gone through something similar and had different luck with second baby?

Mine was the opposite- I didn’t have any kidney issues with pregnancies 1-3 but did with #4. I ended up with a nephrostomy tube being placed at 24 weeks. I delivered my daughter at 36 weeks and had to wait until she was just over a month to have surgery to remove the stone that was causing my hydronephrosis (19 mm) & my tube. They put a stent in that day. It was AWFUL! I had that from 10/18-10/31. It felt like I had a constant uti while I had the stent. When they took it out it was instant relief & I’ve been feeling so much better since Halloween! I hope this time you are free of all kidney issues!!
