Irregular Periods Advise Please❤️

I’ve been TTC for just over a year with no luck so far unfortunately. It’s beginning to get more and more painful and wish somebody could just tell me that one day I will get my luck.

My periods are so irregular and occasionally don’t actually happen. I’m 19 days late this month with no signs. I’ve done yet another pregnancy test which came back Negative which didn’t take me by surprise at all

I’ve had an ultra sound and bloods done which have all came back clear, just waiting to hear what will happen next

Has anybody else been through a similar situation??

I’m just worrying that I’m never going too fall pregnant. I no this is a normal feeling but if I’m not having periods all the time and they are irregular, will I be ovulation ☹️
